Face Lift Research Establishes Proof of the effectiveness
of the #`1 rated Retinol based, Anti-Aging Formula.
Dr. James Koch, Assistant Professor of Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center,
conducted clinical studies using the original 5 Step System (Daily Cleanser, Youth Serum
C, Cell Regeneration Cream, Under Eye Therapy and Anti-Oxidant Moisturizer). Forty-four
women participated, between the ages of 29 and 66. The study was kept double-blind,
meaning that neither Dr. Koch nor the participants knew which group was using Face Lift.
As a doctor of facial surgery, Dr. Koch receives a lot of feedback from patients. With
Face Lift, the level of satisfaction by participants was particularly impressive. Over 75%
of the women who used Face Lift in clinical studies saw a marked improvement in the most
prevalent signs of facial aging. Here are some of the personal experiences of those who
used Face Lift in the study.
Details of Clinical Study
Scientific Findings from Independent Clinical Research
Dr. James Koch, Assistant Professor of Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center,
conducted clinical studies using the five-part Face Lift System (Daily Cleanser, Youth
Serum C, Cell Regeneration Cream, Under Eye Therapy, Anti-Oxidant Moisturizer).
Study Structure
A three month study. Forty-four women participated between the ages of 29 and 66. Their
skin exhibited one or more of the following conditions:
Fine to moderate facial wrinkles.
Mild loose facial skin.
Sun-damaged skin.
Shallow acne scars.
Mild skin pigment problems.
Prospective participants were excluded who had...
Active acne, psoriasis, eczema or allergic dermatitis.
Had used Retin-A, Renova or Glycolic Acid products in the three months prior to the study,
or had used Accutane in the last 12 months.
Had type VI sun-reactive skin or had had facial skin resurfacing.
Thirty-four women out of the original group completed the full study.
At the beginning of the study, several measurements were made, including sun-reactive skin
type and wrinkle classification, as well as photographic documentation. The participants
were randomly placed into Treatment and Untreated Control Groups, and given unlabeled
tubes numbered 1 - 5, along with directions for use. The Treatment Group had our Face Lift
products, and the Untreated Control Group had safe, skin-compatible placebo creams. The
study was kept double-blind, meaning that neither Dr. Koch nor the participants knew who
was in which group.
Both subjective and objective measurements were taken before beginning the study and at
various points during and after the study. These included the following:
Overall patient satisfaction, based on questionnaires.
Wrinkle-grading by patients.
Physician impressions.
Wrinkle-grading by physicians.
Percentage increase in skin hydration as measured by the Corneometer.
Percentage increase in skin elasticity as measured by the Cutometer.
Photographic documentation throughout the study.
Wrinkle-grading was defined by a percentage increase in clarity, smoothness, softness and
blending of skin color, and by a percentage decrease in individual hyperpigmentation.
RESEARCH Results:
In measuring the Degree of Wrinkling:
The Treatment Group showed a 14% improvement from the starting condition. The Control
Group showed 3% below the starting condition.
In the area of Sun Damage:
The Treatment Group improved 27% above the starting condition. The Untreated Group
improved only 3% above the starting condition.
In Facial Elastosis:
The Treatment Group showed a 12% improvement. The Untreated Group showed a 7%
decrease in facial elastosis.
Other specifics:
On each subject, 12 sites were measured by the Cutometer in 6 facial regions. All
measurements were made in an air-conditioned room and were all taken by the same person.
The Treatment Group showed an overall improvement of 13.5% (in the field of
dermatology this is a significant improvement).
The Under Eye region showed overall improvement of 17%.
The Untreated Group showed less than 1% improvement - just 0.67%.
